About Our Fees
Our fees are based on our knowledge, skill, and service, and you will find them consistent with the high-quality dental care you will receive. Fees will be clearly stated in our itemized fee slip. Do not hesitate to ask for further explanation. All fees are due at the time of your visit. Any other financial arrangements need to be made in advance. We accept: cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit.
Dental Insurance
If your employer has made this coverage available to you, we will do our best to help you maximize its benefits. Dental insurance is NOT designed to pay all of the cost of treatment, but rather to defray your out of pocket costs.
Your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company. The type of benefits in your contract depend on what your employer has negotiated wit the insurance company and the amount of money he wishes to pay in premiums. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us.
Please help us to help you gain MAXIMUM BENEFITS by bringing a signed and completed form in at EACH APPOINTMENT. We will then complete our portion and forward this form to your insurance carrier. Insurance may pay all, some of none of your bill, you are responsible for paying any charges not covered by insurance.
Making an Appointment
To make an appointment, call (610) 435-1288 Monday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. For after-hours emergencies, call (610) 435-1288 for further instructions. If you can not keep an appointment, please give us one day's notice. This makes it possible for another patient to see the doctor. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments. If your appointment time is affected by an emergency, we will try to notify you. We know that your time is valuable, too.
